As a connect2FIT member, you will have access to hundreds of work breaks to help you move more and stress less DURING your work day. Work breaks are added monthly.

The connect2FIT site is designed to help you cultivate the healthy habit of taking small, frequent breaks throughout your day so that you can reduce your risks of the chronic illnesses associated with prolonged sitting. The site facilitates a simple and easy navigation for you to quickly pre-plan your work breaks and schedule your alert based on YOUR day.

 

A connect2FIT individual trial period is 7 days. After your seventh day, your official membership begins and your credit card will be charged $9.99/month. You can cancel at anytime.

1. Click the profile icon on the top right corner of the page and select "account settings."

2. On the left hand side of the page you will see a button that says "update payment method."

3. Select this button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

You can cancel your membership at anytime from your account settings.

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on connect2FIT logo at the top right of the page.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Click Credit Card Info in the top right of the page.
  • Hit the Change Card button.

 

connect2FIT has over 300 work breaks to choose from, including stretches, micro-workouts, posture correction, meditations, pain relief work breaks.

connect2FIT also has a lunch break category that includes workouts and yoga sessions that you can do during your lunch time.

To cancel your trial:
  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Select "Please cancel my trial" in the Plan Details section.
  • Schedule a call with our connect2FIT team to let us know what isn't working for you and if there is any way we can help or continue with the cancellation.

Unlike other fitness membership sites that are a "jack of all trades" and cumbersome to navigate, connect2FIT is the master of evidence-based work breaks that can improve the health and wellbeing of those who sit all day AND is structured for quick and easy use DURING your work day.

Current research studies use a variance of 4 - 8 hours, some as low as 2. If you sit for most of your work day (think > 4 hours), you are considered "sedentary."

Sedentary is a medical term indicating you are at higher risk for certain diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers, as well as musculoskeletal disorders.

Once you log-in, you will be prompted to chose the number of work breaks you'd like to take during your work day.

No worries if you don't want to schedule them, just click the "no thank you" and head right to the connect2FIT site.
